Our pricing is very competitive and varies per job based on various factors such word count, subject matter, formatting required etc. In the United States translations are normally charged for by the word. While this practice may vary somewhat between one service provider and another, final charges are usually based on the computer word count of the text to be translated.

“For publication” quality usually commands a premium for the extra proofreading and editing steps involved.

Although our prices range from as low as .4 cents per word for very simple translations, to up to .35 cents per word for the most complicated jobs- most of our translation orders fall into the following chart of prices:

General Translations .10 per word
Medicine/Law .12 per word
Science/Technology .12 per word

Editing-proofreading and some other translation-related jobs may be charged on a per-hour basis.

We also have instituted a minimun charge of $40 due to admininistrative costs involved in even the shortest translations.
